What Makes The Blair Technique Different From Other Chiropractic Techniques
Filed Under Blair Technique
There are many variations in techniques used by chiropractors. Overall, chiropractors focus on irregularities in the spinal structure and movement, and use hands-on procedures and manipulation to return the body function to a more healthy state.
Because every chiropractor has a different belief in the best technique, you can visit many doctors throughout the Denver area, and find a variety of different options. Here at Watts Chiropractic, we specialize in the Blair Technique, and are one of only two chiropractic offices here in Colorado that specialize in this technique.

With the Blair Technique, no two patients are going to receive the identical treatment. We start by performing a variety of assessments using neurological tests, x-rays and heat sensitive instrumentation to determine where your vertebral misalignments occur, and the best approach to move forward with.
When a vertebrae misaligns to the extent that it interferes with nerve tissue and reduces the mental impulses, it is termed a subluxation. A subluxation may be present for months or years before producing any outward signs such as pain or symptoms. The pain is signifying its time to get help – and the Blair Technique can help readjust those misaligned vertebrae, and help you get back to an active lifestyle.
After your initial exam, your follow up appointments will be quick and easy. We keep an open office policy – stop by during our normal business hours, and you’ll quickly be in and out for your adjustment.
